Shipments and Returns
- Packages will only be shipped once payment has cleared.
- Delivery times are dependent on your delivery address. We ship from Johannesburg, South Africa.
- Shipping time frames specified within the website are guidelines only. We cannot be held liable for late delivery as we are at the mercy of our Suppliers and Courier Companies.
- Customers will be liable for all costs related to returns.
- Should you supply an incorrect address, we cannot be held liable for missing packages and we cannot recall such packages.
- We do not ship outside of South Africa, however, you are welcome to arrange your own courier service. Note that you may be liable for import and export duties.
- Shipping will only occur once your payment has been cleared and processed.
- We take great care to ensure that your items are packaged safely.
- We cannot be held liable once packages have been shipped and therefore the responsibility falls to the customer. We will not be held liable should packages be damaged or lost due to poor handling. We will assist you in tracking down your lost parcel by contacting the courier and providing you with updates.
